The new EV model of the French brand Citroen has been released in the Nepali market. Shangrila Motors Pvt Ltd, the company’s official distributor for Nepal, launched the Citroën E C3 Shine in a program on Sunday.
This vehicle has front and rear skid plates, rear camera, rear wiper, rear defroster, leather wrapped steering wheel, alloy wheel, electrical ORVM and other features.
The vehicle with a range of 320 km has a 29.2 KWh lithium ion battery and a 42.5 KW electric motor. It is said that the maximum speed of the vehicle will be 107 km per hour and it will accelerate from zero to 60 km per hour in 6.8 seconds. It has a boot space of 315 liters.
The vehicle has a CCS 2 standard charging port. It is said that it will take about 10 and a half hours to charge the vehicle from 10-100 percent with a 15 amp charger. In addition, the company claims that it takes only 57 minutes to charge 10-80 percent on the DC fast charger.
This vehicle will be available in three colors in Nepali market namely Polar White, Platinum Gray and Steel Grey. There are four speakers in the vehicle for music connoisseurs. It will also have a 26 mm touch screen.
According to the company, the customer will get a warranty of seven years or 140,000 km on the battery, five years or 100,000 km on the electric motor and three years or 125,000 km on the vehicle.
